How it works

Five questions. One honest verdict. Zero generic advice.

Most tools tell you if an idea is good. We tell you if it is good for you — right now, with what you actually have.

Step 01

Your profile changes the score

Age 19 with $0 capital and age 45 with $20k get completely different verdicts for the same idea. Tell us your age, capital, hours, and experience and we adjust every score accordingly. Up to ±14 points per factor.

Step 02

Pick how you want to find it

Already have an industry in mind? Explore it. No idea where to start? Tell us your goal — lowest risk, fastest first dollar, most scalable — and we surface the best fits. Have a specific idea? Describe it and Claude analyzes it live.

Step 03

Get a report that tells you the truth

A letter grade. A GO or NO GO verdict. Real competitors with their actual weaknesses. The single most documented reason businesses like this fail. A revenue estimate based on your hours. And four steps you can take this week — with real numbers.

What you get

Every report is built around your situation

Your profile changes the score

We run your age, capital, hours, and experience against every opportunity. The same business idea scores a B for one founder and a D for another. That is the point.

FAQ

Common questions

How is this different from ValidatorAI or IdeaProof?
They score your idea in a vacuum. We score it against you — your age, capital, hours, and experience. A lawn care business scores a B for someone with a truck and 20 free hours, and a D for someone with $0 and 5 hours. No other tool does this.
What does the grade actually mean?
A (75+) — Strong fit. Real demand, you have the resources, clear path. B (65-74) — Good fit with one thing to address. C (50-64) — Viable but with a significant barrier. D (under 50) — Not the right fit for your current situation.
How does the AI idea analysis work?
You describe your idea in plain language. We send it to Claude with your founder profile. Claude returns a full analysis: verdict, competitors with funding, why businesses like this fail, and four specific first steps. If the API is unavailable, a local analysis fires automatically.
Is my idea kept private?
Yes. Ideas are sent to Anthropic Claude API for analysis and not stored on our end. We never sell or share idea data.
Why service businesses? Other tools only cover tech.
80% of people who start businesses start service businesses — lawn care, cleaning, bookkeeping, coaching. Most validators are built for SaaS founders. We built for everyone else.
Why can't I just ask ChatGPT for free?
You can — but ChatGPT will tell you every idea sounds promising. It has no scoring engine, no personalization to your age and capital, no failure data, and no honest NO GO verdict. It is designed to be helpful, not brutally honest. We built specifically to tell you when an idea does not fit you — which is the thing ChatGPT will never say.

Honest verdicts
We give NO GO when that is the right answer. ValidatorAI passes most ideas. We do not.
Service businesses
40 industries including lawn care, cleaning, bookkeeping — the businesses competitors ignore.
Personalized scoring
Your age, capital, and hours change the score. The same idea grades differently depending on who you are.

About

A personalized startup idea validator built for real founders — not just SaaS dreamers.

Who built it

Alexander Kozak is a young entrepreneur who has been fascinated by business and finance since he was 10 years old. When he decided to start his next project, he ran into the same problem every founder does — every idea validator online gave him the same generic score regardless of his age, his capital, or how many hours he actually had. None of them were built for someone like him. So he built one himself.

Why this exists

ValidatorAI gives the same score to a 19-year-old with $0 and a 45-year-old with $20k for the exact same idea. That is not a verdict — that is a guess. Age, capital, hours per week, and domain experience change everything about whether a business is realistic for a specific founder. This tool accounts for all of it through a 6-variable personalization engine that adjusts your score by up to 14 points per factor.

How it works under the hood

The explore flow runs your founder profile against 75+ mapped opportunities across 40 industries. Market sizing is cross-referenced with IBISWorld research. The idea flow is powered by Claude Sonnet — Anthropic's most capable model — which pulls live competitor data and market intelligence at report time. Every verdict is built around who you actually are, not who the idea works for in ideal conditions.

What makes it different

Three flows. 40 industries including the service businesses every other tool ignores — lawn care, cleaning, bookkeeping, coaching. Brutally honest A through D grades. A named business principle from the 48 Laws of Power, Cialdini, or Buffett applied to your specific idea. And a founder fit breakdown that tells you whether your capital, age, time, and experience are an advantage or a liability for this exact business.
